(*) Art. 555/6 of the Judicial Code: "Except for the exception provided for in article 555/15, only individuals who, upon decision of the Minister of Justice or the official delegated by him and on the advice of the accreditation commission, are registered in the national register of judicial experts and sworn translators, interpreters, and sworn translator-interpreters are authorized to use the title of judicial expert and empowered to accept and carry out missions as a judicial expert or to use the title of sworn translator, interpreter, or sworn translator-interpreter and empowered to perform translation or interpretation work entrusted to them under the law."
